Today it seems that defining a high performing team results in different opinions. However, the typical result is bringing a group together to focus on a set of common goals where each individual feels valued and empowered to make a difference that leads to great results.
For us, our definition is simple … to emulate the 1972 Miami Dolphins football team! That team, under the leadership of Don Shula, went through adversity, but by perseverance and true character, remains the only team in NFL history to finish a season unbeaten, then go on to win the Super Bowl and become world champions.

As Stu Cohen at ESPN says, “Greatness, after all is said and done, is about going beyond the ordinary boundaries of what’s possible and doing something that, under ordinary circumstances, would be impossible. Our goal is for every member of the team to understand their position on the team; to understand their blocking assignment; to know what to do in the case of an audible; and to feel so strongly about how critical their position is that they want nothing more than to strive to be the best at what they do … all for the benefit of the team and achieving success!

At banded 6•11, we use simple approaches in challenging your current organizational structure but in a way that unleashes fresh ways of putting your people in positions to succeed.

Our program is focused on a continual feedback review process that not only helps your employee’s gain real time feedback, but a program that develops results faster. This program is also focused on development of the resources as a whole with our one or three day training workshops that focus on items such as leadership development, managing employee’s, time management, cost and schedule control, winning your customer, communication, and presentation skills.
By understanding ourselves better, we gain a broader understanding of our differences, how to bridge them, and unlock our innate synergies and potential. Every participant takes the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® online assessment before a team workshop, and we take it from there. Although banded 6•11 is focused in the development and organizational effectiveness of business professionals, it is our passion that drives us to focus on the future. It’s here where we believe that our greatest assets of tomorrow are found in our youth today. We must focus on developing our youth into true authentic men and women. Getting them out from behind the game center or tv and into the outdoors is our first step. We utilize activities such as hiking, camping, hunting and fishing adventures to get our children exposed to the Divine nature.
